The agreement that governs use of this website and enrolment in Virtualization Analytics training.
Acceptance
By browsing this website or enrolling in a lesson with Virtualization Analytics you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book training.
Who we are

Training services
Lessons, clinics, labs, and private reviews are educational. They do not constitute personal financial product advice under Australian law, brokerage services, or a promise of trading profit. You remain responsible for your own market decisions.
Bookings and payments
Seat reservations and private sittings are confirmed when we accept your enquiry and any required deposit. Informational prices on this site may change; the fee in your confirmation email controls. Payment instructions are provided at booking. We do not process card payments through this website.
Intellectual property
Workbooks, chart packs, slide decks, and site content remain the property of Virtualization Analytics unless a written licence says otherwise. You may keep materials for personal study. You may not copy, resell, or teach from our materials as your own course without written permission.
Conduct
We expect professional conduct in the room and on remote calls. We may refuse or end a booking if behaviour disrupts other participants or misuses confidential chart discussions shared by peers.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages arising from training content or website use. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupply of the training or payment of the cost of resupply.
Website use
You may not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt forms, scrape content at scale, or introduce harmful code). Site content may contain occasional errors; please tell us if you spot one.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
