What we collect
- Identity and contact details you submit on enquiry forms (name, email, message, preferred lesson, optional date window)
- Booking and payment correspondence exchanged by email or phone
- Attendance notes reasonably needed to deliver training
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed when analytics cookies are accepted
We do not ask for government ID numbers, banking passwords, or health information through the website form.
Why we collect it
- To respond to enquiries and schedule lessons
- To deliver workbooks, summaries, and session logistics
- To improve the clarity of our public pages when analytics are enabled
- To meet accounting and legal record requirements
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months if you do not enrol. Client training records are retained for seven years for accounting and dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymised where practicable. Analytics data follows the cookie durations listed on our Cookies page.
Sharing
We use service providers who help us host email, store files, or measure site traffic. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by Australian law or to protect rights and safety.
International transfers
Some processors may store data outside Australia. Where that occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Your rights

Security
We use access controls and reputable hosting practices. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please use strong unique passwords on any portals we later provide by invitation.
Children
Training is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

We may update this policy by posting changes on this page with a revised effective understanding from the publication date.
